Frequently asked questions
How do I save my Neimanmarcus cart for later?
Save each item to OllaCart from its product page on neimanmarcus.com. Your saved items stay in your OllaCart account on every device, alongside things from other stores, until you buy or remove them.
Why do items disappear from my Neimanmarcus cart?
Store carts are tied to your account or browser, and retailers generally don't guarantee how long items stay in them. Signing out, clearing cookies, switching devices or an item selling out can all empty a cart. A saved OllaCart list doesn't depend on any of that.
Can I save items from Neimanmarcus and other stores in one cart?
Yes. OllaCart is a universal cart: products from Neimanmarcus and any other store sit together in one place, so you can compare and total them up before you buy.
Do I buy from Neimanmarcus or from OllaCart?
From Neimanmarcus. When you check out, OllaCart opens each item on Neimanmarcus' own site, so prices, shipping and returns are Neimanmarcus'.
Is OllaCart free?
Yes. OllaCart is free. It earns affiliate commissions on some store links, at no extra cost to you.
